About me
Manish Parikh was born in Mumbai, India, and is a dual-degree graduate in Business and Political Science from the University of Michigan. He holds the distinction of being the first Indian elected as Student Body President, representing 43,000 students.
Driven by a calling towards education and mindfulness, Manish has completed 8 years of intensive mindfulness training in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh, known as the “Father of Mindfulness.”
He has lived over 100 days in top monasteries across continents and completed 1,000+ mindfulness sessions.
Manish combines his deep mindfulness practice with his passion for tackling the climate crisis. He aims to empower individuals and organizations to live with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
